Understanding Healthy food is food that has balanced nutrition, contains fiber and substances that the body needs for the process of growth and development. A healthy food menu should be like an element of nutrients such as carbohydrates, protein, minerals, vitamins, and a little unsaturated fat, or rather abbreviated with the menu name 4 healthy 5 perfectly.
The amount of chemicals and only has 1 or 2 ingredients, so the body still lacks some very important substances, the following labels some foods containing 4 healthy 5 perfectly.
- carbohydrates: found in rice, wheat, cassava, and others.
- protein: many are found in tofu, tempeh, meat eggs, etc.
- minerals: many are found in vegetables
- vitamins: many are found in fruits
- milk
The purpose of eating healthy food for our bodies is to keep our bodies healthy, grow and develop properly. Healthy and nutritious balanced food does not mean expensive and tasty food. Healthy food according to a nutritionist contains four types of food, namely: staple food, side dishes, vegetables and fruit.
Staple food
Many staple foods contain carbohydrates (starch). For example rice, corn, bread, cassava and sago. Carbohydrates are needed by the body as a source of energy. From this source of energy, we can do all activities or activities. So, so that the body is energized, every day we have to eat enough carbohydrates which can be taken from rice, bread, corn, cassava and sago.
Side dishes
Side dishes contain lots of protein and fat that are used to build the body and replace damaged cells. Examples included in side dishes are meat, fish, chicken, eggs, tempeh, tofu, and others.
Vegetable and fruit
Vegetables and fruits contain lots of vitamins and minerals. These vitamins and minerals are needed by the body to maintain the body and not be susceptible to disease. Examples of vegetables are spinach, kale, carrots, and others.
Fruits
for example: mango, vine, papaya, and banana. For that, every day we need to eat enough vegetables and fruit.
Thus, so that our bodies stay healthy we need to consume all four types of food every day. Don't forget to add milk to your healthy food. These four types of food and added milk are called healthy foods or commonly known as "4 healthy 5 perfectly".
